<p>6-43, [5] leaves. The first five leaves are missing. </p>
<p>After the Kunshtandina 1544 edition with an addition of a foreword and afterword by Rabbi Yaakov Luzatto and "לוח פרטי רמזי סודות ספר טעמי[!] מצות" at the end of the book, apparently authored by Rabbi Yaakov Luzatto. </p>
<p>Identical to the Basel 1580 edition except for the first three leaves. </p>

<p>Begins with leaf 6, which is split in half. Leaves 7, 17-20 are with wear affecting the text. In addition, a leaf is missing from the table of Mitzvot (the table is not in the National Library).</p>
