<p> Tzefas 1855. Approximately 23/35.5 cm. Tapings on the margins and the back of the paper. Tears, mainly without damage and missing text, but there are a few tears and tapings with damage and a bit of missing text. A few stains. Signature of Harav Moshe David Ashkenazi, complete and clear, as are most of the other signatures.</p>

<p><b>Harav Moshe David Ashkenazi</b> [1774-1856] was the father-in-law of Harav Yekusiel Yehudah Teitelbaum, the Yetev Lev of Sighet. He was the son of Harav Asher Anshel Ashkenazi, Av Beis Din of Rozdol. Already in his youth he served as Av Beis Din of Tolcsva (Tolshova) in Hungary. He moved to Eretz Yisrael circa 1843 and settled in the Holy City of Tzefas, where he served as Av Beis Din. His works: <i>Be'er Sheva</i> on Torah and <i>Toldos Adam</i> on Shas. The Lisa Gaon, author of <i>Chavas Daas</i> and <i>Nesivos</i> writes about Harav Moshe David in his approbation, "he has no need for the likes of me, but a man's wish is his honor and it is improper to refuse a great man."</p>

<p>הרה"ק רבי משה דוד אשכנזי [תקל"ד - תרט"ז] חותנו(חמיו) של האדמו"ר רבי יקותיאל יהודה טייטלבוים ה"ייטב לב" מסיגוט. בן הגה"ק רבי אשר אנשיל אשכנזי אב"ד ראזדאל. כבר בצעירותו כיהן כאב"ד טולטשווא בהונגריה. בסביבות שנת תר"ג עלה לארץ הקודש ונתיישב בעיה"ק צפת, שם כיהן כיהן כאב"ד. ספריו: "באר שבע" על התורה, ו"תולדות אדם" על הש"ס. בהסכמת הגאון מליסא בעל ה'חוות דעת' ו'הנתיבות', כותב על הרה"ק רבי משה דוד "האי גבר' לא צריך לדידי ולדכוותי, אך רצונו של אדם זהו כבודו ואין מסרבין לגדול". </p>

<p>חתימת הרה"ק רבי משה דוד אשכנזי חותן(השווער) הרה"ק הייטב לב מסיגעט, ועשרות חתימות נוספות. קול קורא מיהודי כולל אסטרייך בצפת וטבריה נגד כולל רוסיה שאינו מעביר להם אפילו לא כדי מחייתם. צפת תרט"ו 1855 </p>

<p>מסמך היסטורי נדיר ביותר, בחתימת יד קדשו של הרה"ק רבי משה דוד אשכנזי חותן(השווער) הרה"ק הייטב לב מסיגעט, ועשרות חתימות נוספות. </p>
<p>קול קורא מיהודי כולל אסטרייך בצפת וטבריה נגד כולל רוסיא. </p>
<p>צפת תרט"ו 1855. 23/35.5 ס"מ לערך. הדבקות בשוליים ובגב הדף. קרעים, ברובם ללא פגיעות עם חסר בטקסט, אמנם ישנם מעט קרעים והדבקות עם פגיעות ומעט חסר בטקסט. מעט כתמים. חתימת הרה"ק רבי משה דוד אשכנזי, שלימה וברורה, וכן רוב החתימות. </p>
<p>הרה"ק רבי משה דוד אשכנזי [תקל"ד - תרט"ז] חותנו(חמיו) של האדמו"ר רבי יקותיאל יהודה טייטלבוים ה"ייטב לב" מסיגוט. בן הגה"ק רבי אשר אנשיל אשכנזי אב"ד ראזדאל. כבר בצעירותו כיהן כאב"ד טולטשווא בהונגריה. בסביבות שנת תר"ג עלה לארץ הקודש ונתיישב בעיה"ק צפת, שם כיהן כיהן כאב"ד. ספריו: "באר שבע" על התורה, ו"תולדות אדם" על הש"ס. בהסכמת הגאון מליסא בעל ה'חוות דעת' ו'הנתיבות', כותב על הרה"ק רבי משה דוד "האי גבר' לא צריך לדידי ולדכוותי, אך רצונו של אדם זהו כבודו ואין מסרבין לגדול". </p>
<p>"בעז"ה ער"ח אייר רנו ושמחה ליעקב לפ"ק פעיה"ק צפת תובב"א, אחינו בני ישראל ראשי גול אריאל, צדקתם כהררי אל, אחינו אנשי גאולתינו נדיבי עמנו, צדיקי וחכמי דורנו, הרבנים המפורסמים, חכמים מחוכמים, יראים ושלמים, העומדים לנס עמים הרודים בעם ומחוקקים עטרה המה לראשנו ולגרגותינו ענקים, השואפים עפר ארץ לחזק ישובה, הזלים זהב מכיס ברוח נדיבה, די בכל אתר ואתר, אתה ה' לעולם תשמרם כצנה רצון תעטרם אכי"ר. </p>
<p>הנה קולינו אליכם נצעק, אליכם נקרא ממעמקים וישמע אלינו מאלקים שוכן שחקים, באנו בשפל קול התחנה לשפוך לבינו ונפשינו נפש נענה, לאשר כבר זה זמנים הודענו צערנו לרבים, האיך אנחנו אנשי מדינתינו נדחקים ונלחצים מעולם, מממונים של אנשי רוסיא וכזר נחשבנו בעיניהם ומכל הברכה הבאה מקריות חוצות כנהוג [תמידי]ן כסדרן, כל נתח טוב המה יקדימו לעצמם ואשר ישאירו עוללות ישליכו לנו ..... והרימו ראש ומתחכמים במרמה להטעות את החכמים וגדולי מדינתינו מפי מכתביהם ומפי שלוחיהם ... כי אנשים אחים ואהובים אנחנו ומבקשים להיות אחודים ואחוזים יחד וע"ז חרדו לבבינו פן ישמעו להם גדולי וצדיקי ארצינו ולזאת עתה שולחים אנו את כבוד ידי"נ הרב המופלג בתו"י וותיק וחסיד כש"ת מו"ה ישראל אברהם מטוסמניץ נ"י ומסרנו לו כח והרשאה מספיק כדת וכהלכה אשר הוא יעמוד במקומינו להודיע צערן וכאבן לרבים ..... ולזאת הנה נפשינו בשאלותינו, תיקר נא נפשינו לפניכון אתון רבנן קשישאי וצאו נא לישע לקראת אחיכם מרחמיכם הנתונים במצר בסתר המדריגה ויתנו שומע לקו דברי השד"ר הנ"ל, אשר הוא איש תם וישר הולך, לא פנה אל רהבים ושטי כזבים ולאוו בכל עידן מיתרחש נוסע כזה וראוי לשום עין השגחה עליו לחזק אותו בכל מילי דמיטב כיד ה' הטוב עליו והדבר מוטל על כל מי שיראת ה' נוגע בלבו ליקח מועד ולשמוע דבריו דברים היוצאין מן הלב ולהיות מסייע לעושי מצווה ולאשרו ולתמכו וזכות וקדושת הארץ יגן עליהם ועל כל אשר להם יאריך ה' ימיהם ושנותיהם וישכילו ויצליחו בכל מעשה ידיהם ויהי נועם ה' עליהם, אכי"ר. </p>
